At Love on Hamilton, it’s never about one person—it’s about the team. The body of Christ working together is how we’ve been able to impact so many lives. That’s why we want to start sharing a few stories of the people behind the scenes—the faithful warriors who make it all happen. Not to take credit, but to honour and appreciate those who serve with such passion and purpose. 🙌

Today, we want to shine a light on Frank Castillo.

Frank has been with us since the very beginning, and there’s honestly so much we could say about Frank. But if I had to describe Frank simply, it would be: extremely generous and bold.

With a powerful testimony of his own, Frank’s life is a walking miracle. We’ve witnessed the Lord use him in such incredible ways—bodies healed, demons cast out, and lives radically transformed. I personally (Daniel) have learned so much from Frank! Week after week, Frank is out on the streets sharing Jesus with boldness and love. Rain or shine, he always shows up even after working super long hours running a business (garagedoorman.ca)

One thing that always stands out to me about Frank is his passion for equipping new believers, young people, and anyone who’s never shared their faith before. His heart to see others step into their God-given calling and walk in freedom is truly contagious.

We love you, Frank. We’re so grateful for your leadership, humility, and unwavering consistency. Thank you for being such a vital part of this mission to Love on Hamilton! ( And also the World :) - Keep being Awesome! ) ❤️🔥

As I was praying for a word for the year for Love on The World, this is what I felt the Lord speak to me:

'This is a year for us to have Bold & Courageous Faith.'

The world may get darker in a lot of ways and storms may come, but we are to be the Light of the world. “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. - Matthew 5:14"

When others may be running in fear, we stand bold as lions.
"The wicked flee though no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion." - Proverbs 28:1

To operate in Power and Love, with no fear.
"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." 2 Timothy 1:7
"The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?"- Psalm 27:1

No matter the storms around us, we live with Bold & Courageous Faith.
"For we live by faith, not by sight." - 2 Corinthians 5:7
