The Harvest Is Here: What God Did at Jesus Festival 2026 — and How to Partner in What's Next

On Labour Day weekend, people came up out of a baptism tank in the middle of Gage Park, Hamilton, soaking wet and changed. That moment did not start on a festival stage. It started twelve years earlier on a sidewalk. This is the story of what God is doing, where it is heading next, and the invitation to stand in it with us.

The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.

What God did at Jesus Festival 2026

On September 4–5, 2026, Jesus Festival Hamilton filled Gage Park with free worship, prayer, testimonies, food and families — and drew a record turnout. The festival team's early reports from that weekend:

70+ people gave their lives to Jesus, with altar calls on both Friday and Saturday.

50+ baptisms in a tank set up in the middle of a public park.

3,000+ free hot dogs and drinks served as practical love.

Many healings and deliverances reported at the Prayer and Healing tent.

The first Jesus Festival Niagara — and the City lit Niagara Falls yellow in recognition of it.

The team is careful to say these are early reports, not a final audited count — and that every number is a person with a story. Some of those stories were overheard at the baptism tank: "I have no desire for my vape anymore and threw it away." "I was lost — who would have thought Jesus led me here!" There will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.

A festival is a moment. A movement is weekly.

If heaven throws a party over one, Gage Park was a very loud weekend in heaven. But the festival was never meant to be the whole story. It is the harvest celebration of a field that has been worked every week for years.

In 2014, Daniel and Katie Ziedins started Love on Hamilton by simply going out onto the streets to share Jesus and love people. It grew to more than fifty people coming together every week to evangelize in Hamilton. As teams formed in other places, Love on The World was born — today a network of outreach groups in 12 cities, with prayer guides for 36 nations, and a free toolkit any believer can use to start a group where they live.

That weekly rhythm is why a festival can bear lasting fruit. The people baptized in September need someone to walk with them in October. SIX33 began in Hamilton in 2014 as Seek First Brand — one verse taken literally: "Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness" (Matthew 6:33). Its next chapter is about carrying Jesus into sport, creativity, music and business, the places a street team rarely reaches. A big part of its heart is funding the outreach you have just read about. As it grows, the giving grows with it.

Those who send share the victory

When David's army recovered everything at Ziklag, the men who stayed behind with the supplies were given an equal share of the plunder: "All will share alike" (1 Samuel 30:24). That is still how the Kingdom works. Paul told the Philippians their giving was credited to their account (Philippians 4:17), and asked the question every sender answers: "How can anyone preach unless they are sent?" (Romans 10:15).

Every person baptized in Gage Park had someone who prayed, someone who gave and someone who went. We are inviting you to be one of them for the next city. Together, in Jesus' name, we plunder hell and populate heaven — one rescued life at a time (Colossians 1:13).
